Preparing for changes without going nuts

Paul Mc Kenna's voice is velvety smooth, sensuous and safe. I find myself melting into the sofa. Inspired by my friend R. I have now well and truly on my way to changing my life in seven days.

Already changes are taking place. I am full of energy, happy ,and actually went for a long walk this afternoon - a good hour and a half, it was. What's more , I enjoyed it.

Must get a pedometre. I'd like to know how many steps I take every day. Is it 1000, 2000, 10,000 or more?

I wonder what subliminal messages are being programmed into my grey matter while I listen to the CD. The images flashing through my mind while I listen , when I am not asleep that is , are very pleasurable and often erotic. My subconscious is fertile ground. Seeds are being planted in it's rich soil and soon they will grow and produce fruit.. abundance , wealth as yet unimaginable , self- confidence, financial independence, superb relationships, success and prosperity in all areas of my life ! Wonderful ! Can't wait.

On top of that , signs from the animal kindom , an omen in the form of a squirrel crossing my path.

" Honour your future," says Squirrel, "by readying yourself for a change. Squirrel also teaches to take no more than Í need. I may want to lighten my load, and get rid of clutter or surplus. Also , I need to find a suitable place for all the stuff that I have gathered. Have I gathered things that do not serve me ? So , I must be prepared , and not go nuts !

Modern day people indeed have more than they need, and society is partly the drive for it, as being bountiful in the eyes of others conveys stability, wealth, and perhaps even happiness. If you do not have, society thinks less of you. But I believe the less you have, the more wealthier you are in spirit and self.
Maybe most people fulfill their selves with material and needless things to fill a void of some sort.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I must say, mine is humble compared to the ideas and creativity you express in yours. Yours is definitely inspiration!

I wish you success and happiness :)
By the way, "Itain da kara, ikimasen da..gomen ne!" is Japanese ^_^
