What do I know ?

There is no " right " or " wrong". Each action, each thought has a consequence.
Reality is as it is. How I perceive reality is another matter.

I create my own reality; consciously and unconsciously.

I was not born with " The Art of Being Human Manual" in my hand. I 've had to make it up as I go along. Being human is an art and it requires skill and practice.

I continue to practice my skills and I continue to write this manual, which is a
work in progress. I am willing to share this manual with other souls , compare
notes and make amendments and changes. It is not a manual written in stone.

I have a body. I may like it or hate it, but it's the only thing I am sure to keep for the rest of my life. I also know that I am more than my body. I have feelings, but I am more than my feelings. I have an intellect, but I am more than my intellect. I am primarily a SOUL in a human costume.

I enrolled in " Earth School " before I was born knowing that everyone I
met and every incident would be my teacher.

There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of experimentation. "Failures" are as much a part of the process as "success."

A lesson in "Earth School" is repeated until learned. Lessons come to me in various forms until I learn them.

My outer world reflects my inner world.

External problems are a precise reflection of my internal state.
When I clear inner obstructions, my outside world also changes.

Pain and discomfort is how the Universe gets my attention.

Knowledge is not wisdom. Wisdom is practice.

GOD is not a person. God simply IS . There is a bit of God in every person and every thing. God is ubiquitous. God is everywhere.

I am always in the right place the right time.

I am unique. There is nobody else like me on this whole planet, nor will
there ever be. This is true for YOU too.


"There" is no better than "here". When my "there" becomes a "here" I
simply obtain another "there" that again looks better than "here."

We learn through relationship. People I meet are my teachers. They are mirrors of me. I cannot love or hate something about another, unless it reflects something I love or hate in myself.

What I make of my life is up to me. The my life is a canvas for my imagination. I paint on that canvas using both Love and Will . If I don't take charge of my life, someone else will.

Everything I need comes to me with love and ease. I always get what need.
I acknowledge that I am a needy person . Fortunately I live in an abundant,
gracious and loving universe. My Soul rightfully determines what energies,
experiences, and people I attract. I choose to focus on what I have and not what I don't have.

I am grateful for everything.

There are no victims, only students.

All answers lie within me. I am learning to trust my heart and my
authentic Self. I am learning to look, listen and trust in the Universe.

This, or something better. So be it and so it is ! YES .
