I'm whacked after a long walkthen our first meeting since before Christmas.
It was a challenging meeting.
A lot to take in.
Tensions , frustrations, provoctions.
I still don't know where I am with it all.
What's the best way to bahave with a narcissist who " cuts you off " ?
Also got my period today.
I think as a result of shiatsu yesterday .
