What it is with me and keys ?

I find myself either locked in , locked out or lost keys situations.

Neighbours , R& Z , who were looking after MrTheFish and plants , emailed me to say that they could not undo the safety lock and could they leave it undone . They’d spent an hour fiddling with it ( scary ) before finally managing to get it open so I told them to leave it unlocked.

Thank goodness they did , since on arriving home around midnight last night I was able to get in easily which was not the case this morning.

Popped out , in need of groceries early this afternoon , locking both locks , as I’ve done hundreds of times before but on return , no matter how hard I tried was not able to get in .

A neighbour also tried for half an hour without success.
Finally nothing for it but to call out the locksmith , who fiddled and faffed and was finally able to open the door.

That’ll be 1200 kr , please , saith he .
