Reminding myself .......

Let go of feeling obligated to engage in rituals or situations that make you feel unhappy.Follow your bliss.It is easy to get lost in the trance of tradition and lose track of who you really are and what serves you as you are now.

Ask yourself " What do I really want ? " then give it to yourself .

Mind your own business. If you are in someone else's business , you have abandoned yourself.

There are countless futures, all of which exist at the same time. parallel universes are a reality! According to physics, the moment we make a decision, the universe splits, and our alternative decision and fate branch out into another reality.

Take time to sort through any baggage that’s nagging you and face up to these nagging feelings; hear them outand free yourself from their nagging.

Laugh.

Breathe .

What are the thoughts that kick me out of heaven ?

What would it be like to live my truth without excusing, defending , explaining or justifying my thoughts and actions to others ?

Do I really need to lose weight ? Or do I simply want to feel and be lighter ? Feel safer ?
