Prosecco one Spanish red and one Italian red

Bliss .... sometimes I simply feel like eating well and drinking wine .Tonight was one of these nights, when food and wine taste divine.

Food and wine complement each other.Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen add to the flavour .
It's rare that I indulge in excess.. eating well and drinking well. Somehow it feels good for the soul.

Anna Stina and I went through a bottle of Prosecco , One Spanish red and one Italian Valpolicella during the course of our evening ..Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen golden oldies and lot of sharing.

I have Miss Garnet pme to thank for introducing me to Prosecco lol .. and it goes so well with a starter named " Orgazmiko " .... slice of baguette fried till golden brown in olive oil and then a topping of blue castello- camembert philedelphia - creme fraiche and walnuts drizzled with bilberry syrup on a bed of rocket ................ mmmmmmmmmm ..... fresh pasta with chantarelle mushrooms , sprinkled with parmesan cheese and truffle oil .....oh...I tell you .. it makes all the difference !
