To suggest every citizen comtemplate peace ,joy and well- being for 2 minutes a day or more.
Introduce a minimum salary for everyone - no exceptions
Free public transport.

Fundementalists and dogmatic judgemental really nasty people. people.

Who would you give a knighthood to?
Stephen Fry - if he doesn't have one already ?
Where would you build your palace?
Somewhere with a view of the sea.
Who would you put in the Tower of London?
Spitters and chain smokers , all together , to think about what they have done until they reform upon which they would be released , and be allowed to keep their heads.
What law would you abolish?
errr....Not familiar with laws

there would be no laws , just suggestions :-) and gentle nudges and clever ways of getting people to good things.
