Benefits of meditation

I am thoroughly enjoying this 21 day challenge. 




This month more than 16,000 people around the world have joined us for the free 21-Day Meditation Challenge, and we have received thousands of comments about how much healing, transformation, and happiness participants are experiencing through the daily practice of meditation.
