Tears

Looks like there will be no soul sisters meeting on Sunday .

L. had said earlier on that she would be going on holiday .

I haven't heard from J.

Disappointing.

Sometimes it takes just one thing to make me overflow

Tears start flowing

Crocodile tears.

I'm feeling very low and drained at this moment

Everything is an effort and uphill struggle.

It's been made worse by a cold that's hit on and off for the past two weeks.

I'm feeling very vulnerable and alone ... at a low point

Breathing and staying with the feeling

Surrendering

I know from past experience that it does not last

.. nevertheless a pain while it does.!!!

Tears don't have to be dramatic

Tears simply are.

Feeling better already.

There's nothing like a good cry.
