Coexist

Felt an urge to jot down a few thoughts after skimming through Rami's post on Paganism racism amd religions .

I believe it is possible for us to coexist in peace.

We are the change we wish to see in theworld.

I read that "Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity" and an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

Peace is at our very core.Peace and Love is essentially who we are. As we peel the layers of the onion and as we shed tears our buckets of tears we come ever closer to the core and at this core we are ONE.

Peace isn't just something for an Ideal World and something that can be imagined . Peace is very real. We all experience peace of mind at some time or another. Some experience peace more than others. Peace starts with each individual and Peace like everything else starts with a thought, an intention. The more people that have this intention, the more people invest passionately in peace , the greater and more real the experience of peace becomes.

Those of us living in relative peace are privileged in that we can be external unifying centres of peace . We can be peacemakers.

Those who have experienced the horrors of war know that war is not what they want. The clue or key to what we want often lies in what we don't want or what we hate.
