It's 10:30 pm and I hear someone relentlessly thumping and banging for the second time , this evening on one my neighbour's door . He refuses to open . Heavy metal rock continues. Now there are four people outside, myself included wondering what the heck is going on.
The woman banging on the door, lives directly undrneath the noisy guy and explains that this is not the first time she's had to complain and take action. He'd been remorseful and promised her to use headphones but obviously he'd forgotten already.
Then one of them has a brilliant idea. Cut his power supply. They all head for the fuse cupboard , work out which one is his and switch of his electricity - and silence reigns once more.
I do hope this guy is all right and won't take revenge by doing something stupid. When I've met him , he's always appeared to be very nervous and paranoid. A bruised soul. What 's to be done ? When one is disturbed , all are disturbed.
