It's my fifth day of Essiac tea. Felt I had to do something - have been feeling so tired and sluggish and with allergy time approaching I need all the help I can get. Ten days; a magic number for change and transformation. I'm, even getting used to the smoky musty dusty taste. It smells very much like the brew at Dr Nie's surgery. Chinese medicinal brews smell and taste disgusting- I don't want to know what is in Dr Nie's couldron , but this at least is just herbs.
Soon I'll be perky positively brimming over with energy and well- being. Ho ho ho !
