El Nino because of his high voice, Jose
Fidencio Constantino was called to be a healer
at age 23 (in 1928). A gender rebel, he loved
animals (like his pet leopard) & used herbs
extensively in his healing. His followers form
the Fidencista church, officially recognized by
the govt. in 1993 as Mexico's newest
religion---and considered a threat to the
Catholic church.
